This role is essential to keeping our projects moving efficiently. The ideal candidate is safety minded, experienced with heavy hauling, and comfortable working in a rural, fast paced environment.
This role is hands‑on, outdoors, and essential to ensuring our projects are completed safely and efficiently. No prior drain tile experience is required. On the job training with advancement opportunities.
Someone who enjoys problem solving, working with mapping and design tools, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment. Your work directly supports high quality installations and long-term land stewardship.
Pump Technician will assist in the installation of lift and pump stations, service lift stations, and diagnose non-working lift-stations, and all other related pump and lift station related work.
Support both field and office operations, helping ensure our crews have what they need to deliver high quality drainage systems for farmers and landowners.
