Deep Roots Drainage is a locally owned company specializing in high‑quality drain tile installation for farms and rural properties across North Dakota. We’re looking for a reliable Pump Technician that will assist in the installation of lift and pump stations, service lift stations, and diagnose non-working lift-stations, and all other related pump and lift station related work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, problem‑solving, and working outdoors with a small, hardworking crew.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of lift stations and pumps
• Assemble and install piping, fittings, and pump systems
• Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Support crew leads with general labor tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, plumbing, excavation, or related field preferred
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and small machinery
• Basic understanding of pumps, plumbing, or electrical systems is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethics, punctuality, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work as part of a small team and follow direction
