Pay: $32-$40/Hr. Based on Experience

Deep Roots Drainage is a locally owned company specializing in high‑quality drain tile installation for farms and rural properties across North Dakota. We are looking for a Crew Foremen to join our team. If you’ve got experience in ag drainage, enjoy leading a crew, and like seeing projects come together out in the field, this could be a great fit.
You’ll be running day‑to‑day operations on drainage jobs, ensuring customer expectations and schedules are met, problem solving, and making sure the work is done safely and correctly.
Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside a crew on Agriculture Drainage projects
- Coordinate with project manager to keep jobs on schedule
- Make sure safety stands are followed
- Keep track of progress, materials, and project details
- Operate and Maintain equipment
- Troubleshoot issues and keep the job running smoothly
- Overnight travel required at times
Qualifications
- Experience in agricultural drainage construction preferred
- Comfortable leading a team and communicating clearly
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to interact with customers
- Familiarity with the equipment used in Drainage work
- Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
