Deep Roots Drainage is a locally owned company specializing in high‑quality drain tile installation for farms and rural properties across North Dakota. We are seeking a Heavy Hauler to transport our drainage plows, excavators, and related equipment between job sites. This role is essential to keeping our projects moving efficiently. The ideal candidate is safety‑minded, experienced with heavy hauling, and comfortable working in a rural, fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities

Safely haul and transport heavy equipment (drainage plows, excavators, support machinery) to and from job sites

Secure loads properly and ensure compliance with DOT regulations

Perform routine inspections of trucks, trailers, and tie‑downs

Assist with loading and unloading equipment as needed

Maintain accurate logs, mileage records, and delivery documentation

Communicate with the crew to coordinate equipment movement

Follow all company safety procedures and state/federal hauling regulations
Qualifications
- Valid CDL
- Experience hauling heavy equipment
- Clean driving record and strong safety awareness
- Ability to work outdoors
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with agricultural or construction equipment is a plus
