Job Type: Full Time
Pay: $22-$28/hr. Based on Experience

Deep Roots Drainage is a locally owned company specializing in high‑quality drain tile installation for farms and rural properties across North Dakota. We are seeking a dependable, motivated Laborer to join our team. This role is hands‑on, outdoors, and essential to ensuring our projects are completed safely and efficiently. No prior drain tile experience is required. On the job training with advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of agricultural drain tile systems
- Operate hand tools and basic equipment safely
- Load and unload materials
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Work effectively as part of a small, hardworking crew
- Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion
Qualifications
- Strong work ethics and willingness to learn
- Enjoy working outdoors
- Ability to perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation to job sites or meeting points
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
- Previous construction, farm, or equipment experience is a plus but not required
